  • FG is an IT service provider to SF to manage the system infrastructure, manage IT vendor relations and in partnership with the business to provide the necessary tools and improvements to achieve our goals. The relationship is multi faceted and requires a high level of co-operation and visibility to ensure the business needs are met effectively within the agreed budget. This role is a bridging role between FG and the business that can identify and help solve SLA variations, partner on budget approval and adherance and help to remove any roadblocks between the business and FG.
  • Understand the business requirements and FG approval process to ensure reasonable budgets are set and approved each year.
  • Ensure adherance to the budget or drill into material variances to understand root cause and where appropriate formulate mitigation plans.
  • Analyze and assess the adherance to FG SLA's to the business and where appropriate formulate mitigation plans.
  • Make recommendations to the SLA between FG and SF where required and create or enhance existing reporting to ensure SLA's are monitored efficiently.
  • Communicate to upper management any material variances to either budget or SLA's. Assess and communicate mitigation plans where appropriate.
  • Ensure internal SF processes such as sourcing procedures are efficiently adhered to. Where appropriate drive process improvement in adherance with these processes.
  • Execute additional tasks as and when required with reasonable amount of time and proximity to the job.
Qualifications and experience
  • Bachelor or above
  • Adanced in IT Project Management
  • Advanced in reporting and Communication skills
  • Process improvement methodologies
  • Advanced in communicative and able to influence without authority
  • Advanced in English
  • Advanced in usual MS-office software
