Summary

• Develop the new projects with car OEM and tier suppliers.

• Getting Borouge material approved at car OEM;

• Provide technical service to customers.

• Internal communication with PD and production team to make sure new grades commercialized

Responsibility

1. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Specific Accountabilities

Area of Responsiblity

• Introduce Borouge products to customers by providing processing and technical data services

• New application development at OEM/Tier suppliers

• New projects development through internal and external communication to fulfill the STNP and Pipeline volumes

Customer

• Work with customer on the new projects development and get approvals.

• Support customer to resolve processing and/ or application related technical problems.

• Provide and present customer related technical data and processing training on customer request

• Build internal network and contacts with Sales /Product Management colleagues etc... to have adequate information to fulfil job requirements

• Build external network and contacts with key customers OEM & Teirs…to have adequate information for the project development

Requirement

1. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

• University degree or equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

• 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience.

• Basic knowledge of Polymer products, manufacturing and application technology

• Good knowledge of car OEM's raw material approval procedure and project development at OEM/Tier suppliers.

• Good project management skills

• Good presentation skills

• Ability to establish good networks with external customers

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Proficient in native language

• Competence in application of standard office software

• Problem solving approach

• Good internal networks

• Good reporting and documentation skills.

Professional Certifications

• Not required but general Marketing courses would be beneficial

2. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

Injection knowledge is preferred

• Polymer knowledge is preferred

• Mold knowledge is preferred
