• Supporting Microsoft Office, Exchange, VPN, SharePoint, Under Client Hardware, Mobile devices, user accounts and permissions
• Keep LAN and WAN operating at optimal performance at 99.9% of the time
• Design highly available network solutions based on requirements and best practices
• Monitor and analyse the performance of the different networking devices
• Follow HQ network policies and procedures
• Be proactive in anticipating LAN/WAN failures and design solutions that prevent down time
• Secure the networking environment and lead network security reviews
• Provide next-level support and mentoring to helpdesk technicians on networking issues
• Install networking hardware and software
• Patch and update networking software for routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points
• Keep appropriate documentation current and participate in developing a disaster recovery plan
• Gather request from departments, coordinate with HQ, leverage vendor, then delivery results
• Manage vendors to provide smoothing IT related service

III. Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Required

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience from working in a multi-national and multi-culture environment
• Deep understanding of firewalls, switches and routers. Profound knowledge of switching and routing protocols and software programming
• Excellent knowledge of Routing Protocols
• Mastery of network technologies and protocols
• Knowledge of Understanding of networking concepts
• Knowledge of Microsoft networking and OS
• Excellent trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and have an excellent team spirit
