• Provide procurement expertise and identify business requirements.
  
• Close cooperation with Procurement, Category Managers.
  
• Submit on time report in line with the requirement of ASPA / Regional procurement team
  
• Release PO based on the instructions
  
• Negotiate with vendors for more favorable terms & conditions
  
• Analysis the figures which extracted from reports and cooperate with category manager / head of procurement
  
• Develop and maintain relations with approved vendors
  
• E-procurement system (in SAP) maintenance for whole China
  
• Contribute to performance management efforts by country procurement reporting where necessary
  
• Effective design and management of our procurement system. Achieve substantial cost savings by consistently integrating
• country procurement activities into Greater China sourcing strategies
