Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with line managers/business HR partners to understand workforce needs and provide proactive sourcing plans. Proactive engagement to maintain a relationship with internal key stakeholders.

2. Provide management level consultancy and advice in all recruitment matters.

3. Understand current & proposed resource allocations and how they relate to account and service line profitability.

4. Support the Service Line manager with the contingent labor procurement process (Agency Contractor /Labor contractor).

5. Adjust workforce assignments as required to meet ongoing project requirements –include moving highly skilled staff from one project to another and replacing suitable alternative resources.

6. Daily CRM creation for opportunities/pipeline projects. Analysis the pipelines and follow up for updates. Analysis the performance of pursuit leaders.

7. Label all the resource skill/knowledge/experience to support business development and resources management.

8. Daily maintain the resource assignment/booking system (retain system) to make the accuracy of resource forecast assignment.

9. Design and drive the Implementation Sourcing Plan for Timely Delivery.

10. Involve Talent Pool Building.

11. Other tasks that related to resource management.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Majored in Business Administration or Human resouces are preferred.

2. 4 years or above total work experience, 2 years above experience in coordination, project management, human resource management, etc. related work.

3. Good oral English communication skill.

4. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (familiar with basic calculation formulas such as lookup, sum if, etc. as well as table formatting functions).

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, comfortable with frequently facing different people and handling conflicts when needed.

6. Quick learner, logical thinking and high sense of responsibility.
