1.Assist HRM and the HR team in implementation of some key projects and incentives, like TCP, HPL, Attrition management etc.;
2. Work as a contact window for the business dept. and HRS/WFA team on recruitment, to meet plant's labor needs

3. Yearly employee activity master plan implementation;

4. HR data and reporting;

5. On-boarding & early development system;

6. Other Tasks assigned by the HRM;

1. Bachelor and above degree;

2. At least 3 years' HR working experience, multi-national company background will be preferred;

3. Proactive and with strong ownership;

4. Strong learning agility;

5. Ability to work independently under pressure;

6. Good command of both spoken and written English;

7. Skilled in PPT and Excel;
