Our client is an international B2B market leader from London currently looking for an Inventory Planner

Purpose:

• Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes liability stock holding and maximizes stock efficiencies through accurate reporting tools.
• China Warehouse Raw Material Stock Reporting and all Movements reflected in SAGE
• Weekly finished and semi-finished stock counting and reporting at the Factories and address any discrepancies
• Factory Stock Management Reporting
• Good Stock
• Bad Stock/QC from inception liability vs non-liability
• Excess Stock Liability
• Overbuilt Stock – Material consumption used
• System and Factory stock reconciliations weekly
• SKU optimisation from case vs packaging options against demand.
• Organised Monthly stock write off’s/destruction
• Mould counts, EOL management and destruction
• Ensure all Bulk PO stock is built and moved from Factories
• Fed into Global Excess Stock reporting
• Cancellation log of material used, Semi-Finished/ Finished Good Reporting
• Pro-actively manage the inventory processes and identify better ways of collaborating with our Partners. Potentially looking at MRP/ERP out the box package/system recommendations for the Factories to implement and use.
