Job Description

Description
  • Provide staffing share service to HRBP team and business line managers;
  • Proactively look for suitable candidates based on staffing needs from HRBP;
  • Screen CV and maintain CV pool;
  • Conduct telephone interviews and face to face interviews, arrange line dept. interviews;
  • Feedback and communication with Line Manager, candidate and other related party;
  • Monitor and control the whole recruiting process of responsible positions;
  • Support on other tasks of HRBP team.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor degree or above majored in Human Resource, Business Management or Economics;
  • At least 1 year experiences in whole recruiting process, headhunter or in-house multi-national company experience preferred;
  • Good communication skill in both Chinese and English, oral and written;
  • Reliable, proactive, result-oriented.
