RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regular Sales and GWP order
• Petty cash claim
• Manage BC documents, uniforms and name badge arrangement
• Arrangement of working permits
• Assist in sales reports and presentations
• Supports Ad hoc events and roadshow arrangement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University student who is interested in retail operations
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good foundation of literary skills
• Well organized, detail-minded and deadline compliant and multi-tasking capability
• Work 2-3 days a week
