Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
Being the key digital specialist and co-project owner with the Brand's marketing team.
- Manage regional e-commerce related projects: including but not limited to PIMDAM updates, site mapping, maintenance & e-merchandising
- Lead retailers’ e-boutiques optimization/maintenance/enhancements and upcoming e-boutiques opening
- Manage the brand’s always travel retail on-site, update and maintenance
- Lead and co-manage all digital and media campaigns (on-going and new launches) with respective Product Managers of the team
- Co-manager of influencer marketing initiatives and projects across the region
- Key PIC in managing regional retailers’ social calendar and co-manage the content traffic and co-creation with the Product Managers
- Key PIC in managing content calendar and editor for the division on the internal BA community app
- Conduct monthly competitor analysis of promotions and activities on e-retailer platforms across the region
- All related digital administrative support relating to the digital portfolio (Not limiting to budget co-management, invoice and PO management and vendor negotiations)
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor degree in marketing or related discipline
- Digital savvy; keeping abreast of digital trends and innovations
- Good sense of aesthetic and appreciation of beauty trend and products
- Strong communication skills, agile and flexible mindset
- Good team player but also have the ability to work independently within a team environment
- Fluent in English and Chinese
