Job Description:
Act as a point of contact (email and phone) for users.

Receive and log work requests and incidents into ticketing system.

Escalate issue and involve experts whenever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible

Coordinate end user PC related activities such as project, deployments / upgrades with the appropriate internal teams and suppliers.

Case monitoring to ensure supporting team close out the cases.

Provide ‘general helpdesk support for hardware & software, computer installation & setup, Email setup & support for computer or mobile device, basic printer setup & support (Windows 10, MS O365, MobileIron (MDM)).

First-tier networking support, video conference equipment health check & setup, basic telephone system support and computer related procurement.

Setup of new computers, OS and software installation.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving for both IT Hardware and Applications in a timely manner.

Prepare generate operation report, ensure appropriate reporting and metrics are being delivered to Manager.

Perform daily preventive checking.

Requirement:
Diploma/High Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines.

1-3 years’ experience on IT support.

Have technical skill and support experience O365 (email, SharePoint, Skype etc.).

Good level of knowledge on LAN, WAN and Desktop application support.

Knowledge with AD and ADFS is preferred.

Experience on Project coordination/management is preferable.

Good written and verbal communications and soft skill is Must.

Good English and Mandarin communication are required.
