Job Description

Job Identification

In line with national market access strategy will propose and implement the local strategy and action plan in the relevant territory. Be responsible of all related communication and activities to guarantee successful completion of yearly objectives and full alignment with compliance policy.


Job Purpose

Seek reimbursement opportunities, propose and implement the strategy accordingly in order to ensure the fastest inclusion of our products into reimbursement drugs list (RDL) and other reimbursement bodies. Follow up and analyze the changes and implementation of Healthcare polices, provide advice and strategies to the company.


Principal Accountabilities

Identify 4 – 8 expected principal results of this job with performance factors and list them in order of importance.


1. Develop the reimbursement access strategy for new products

?Establish network with new listing authorities in province level, follow up the progress of NRDL, update and forecast possible impact to Director in time;

?Set RDL strategy/action plan with sales/marketing/trade base on the timetable of government agency;

?Lead the cooperation with other business departments to lobby clinical/pharmacy experts, to ensure our products can pass expert voting;

?Lead projects, strengthen network with key provincial authority.


2. Build the Project cooperation platform to enhance the relationship with decision-makers of healthcare

Seek the opportunity to build strong relationships and advocacy with key teams within the local Government and other relevant groups


3. Support hospital procurement and hospital listing from the government policy perspective

?Follow up new healthcare reform policy update to Director in time;

?Provide healthcare reform and EDL policy analysis for the key provinces; help sales/marketing to avoid possible risk;

?Coordinate and facilitate communications between stakeholders, and develop the hospital procurement negotiation strategy for our products;

?Continue to build strengthen firm network at Provincial level.


Qualifications & Experiences Required


Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:

?Bachelor’s degree or above, better in pharmacy, medicine and life sciences;

Skills:

?Good English both in reading and writing and ability to operate computers;

?Good analyzing and understanding ability;

Experience:

?Over 3 years’ relevant working experience in foreign-funded or joint venture pharmacy companies;


Competency:

?Strong communication and coordination ability;

?Good team work spirit and willing to undertake any challenging work.
