Job Description

  • Sell the Hotels products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
运用上游销售和提示性的销售技巧对产品和服务进行销售
  • Promote the Hotel’s products and services
提升酒店产品和服务
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all Hotels in your region
维持该区域酒店的高品质产品和服务
  • Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls
建立并维护销售电话固定模式
  • Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associated business
制定并实施行动计划,提高预订订单和相关业务
  • Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email
记录并处理电话订单/传真订单/电子邮件订单
  • Accept wait list reservations
接受等待预订
  • Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc
处理预订变更,如延长时间和提早离开等
  • Manage “no show” reservations by investigation and recording of same
管理“应到未到”订单,对其进行调查和记录
  • Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions
为团队和会议的特殊订单安排进行记录
  • Liaise with Front Office Manager or Finance Manager for all reservations requiring credit approval
针对所有订单要求的信用审核,与前厅部经理或财务经理联络
  • Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions
时刻了解特殊房价/特价房/促销房的情况
  • Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates
监控预订水平,告知经理目前和将来的出租率
  • Prepare reports as requested (eg to travel agents, business houses etc)
根据要求准备报告(如:旅行社,商铺等)
  • Prepare reservation sales reports
准备预订销售报告

Qualifications:

1.2years working experience on the same position in international chain hotel or serviced apartment
2. good at English listening, speaking, writing
