Responsibility:

Analyzes, defines, and documents product and test specifications Understand basic product principle and master operating procedures Troubleshoot and instruct the rework of failure units Handling of RMA units from warehouse to shop floor throughout RMA lifecycle Understands customer specifications from the design phase and the ability to implement into manufacturing. Control new product introduction from design into manufacture Responsible for product cost control Responsible for simple variants and supporting engineer on verification and qualification test Other added responsibility as assign by supervisor

Requirements:

Basic understanding of optics/mechanical/electronic theory and capability of using basic test instruments, e.g. multi-meter, oscilloscope, etc. to support diagnosis or verification test. Good English communication skills; Good customers presentation At least 3 years relative working experience or fresh college graduate or above in optic, semiconductor, electronics.
