Overview

The Bruker recruiting function’s goal is to be globally aligned to proactively attract, recruit, and on-board the talent required by our businesses. The recruiting function will deliver consistent service worldwide and strive to follow a common process, structure, tools, training, and reportable KPI´s. The recruiter for China ensures a seamless recruiting function and provide recruitment technology support for the business. Focus of this role will be to implement and manage professional recruiting practices in China. Effective partnership with human resource global business leads is critical to the success of this role.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Ensure recruiting process are implemented and applied consistently across all businesses in China.
  • Participates in business meetings to gather information on specific needs and skill gaps. Translate those needs so you can be proactive in developing talent pipelines.
  • Lead for recruiting activities, reporting, measurement, analysis, and training. Lead recruiting efforts as a result of staffing plan for divisions (partners closely with groups, divisions, and HRBP to understand talent needs by attending divisional meetings, participating in talent preview meetings, and work with finance to understand budget impacts)
  • Works closely with APAC Recruitment Lead to understand usage and value of applicant tracking system. .
  • Develop recruiting strategies for APAC based on workforce planning/historical hiring/financial input and translate hiring forecast to support staffing plan to be shared with other recruiter global business leads
  • Provide local members with progress report progress for all businesses in China.
  • Works in partnership with hiring manager, HRBP and other related functions within the Recruiting COE and other COEs (ie Rewards)
  • Partnering with Local HR and the COE, define and implement deployment and on-boarding process and standards to ensure they are implemented and applied consistently
  • Trains and coaches Hiring Mangers to ensure they are well trained in strategic evaluation of candidates and in selling of Bruker as employer of choice; emphasizes on the “softer” attributes such as culture fit and potential.
  • Creates compelling/seamless candidate experience to establish Bruker as employer of choice

Qualifications

  • Multiple years operational experience in sourcing and recruiting; corporate recruiting experience preferred, but agency experience is also appreciated
  • Expert knowledge in validation of competencies, assessment techniques, and application of various recruiting technology, ie ATS and CRM tools
  • Demonstrated change agent
  • Experience recruiting for sales talent a must. Industry specific experience is optimal.
  • Strong verbal communication skills (Fluency English is required)
  • Strong ability to influence and coach, influencing skills to be used internally and externally
  • Strong selling skills
  • Ability to analyze and present data
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or related field required, advanced relevant degree or HR Certification a plus
