Role Summary: The individual will be primarily responsible carrying out software integration test engineering activities for MR products. Responsibility includes carrying out all the activities in the test life cycle such as developing, maintaining, executing test cases, also process simplification and auto test development and deployment, monitoring product’s performance, support DevOps and CI/CT/CD.
Essential Responsibilities: - Define/Execute testing plan for MRI NPI & IB accordingly to QMS and PRD;

• Analyze results and develop test tools, manage technical configuration of test system and environment;
• Be responsible for MR products development verification and validation,

including test planning, test execution, report generating etc;

• Participate in technical reviews, strategy discussion and contributing to other tech discussions for advance technology development;
• Analyze requirements and define testing strategy for component/features design;
• Report out defects in products & design;
• Be responsible for test project management, test process improvement, project delivery with high quality and within schedule;
• Support MRI NPI and Quality programs execution control, support MR IB report investigation;
• Automatically testing planning and implementation;
• Participate in other tasks assigned by the supervisor;

Qualifications/Requirements: Quality Specific Goals:

• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
• Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience planning, designing and implementing software tests as a test engineer.
• Experience evaluating test tools.
• Experience working in a continuous integration workflow.
• Experience with Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber.
• Experience writing unit tests in Java/JUnit or JavaScript/Jasmine.
• Experience in python scripting.
• Experience with version control or configuration management and software build such as Gradle, Maven, Perforce, Git.
• Experience with the complete software development lifecycle including requirements discovery, design, verification, product delivery and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
