Job Summary

Retail Solutions is seeking a full time employee to ensure all retailer data streams are supported and loaded into the system in a quality and scalable manner. Responsibilities will include ongoing support of daily/weekly data loads; documenting backend requirements for enhancing current data load tools and providing ongoing backend support of RSi services.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage data flow and accuracy from many data trading partners, from data receipt through production load into internal systems
• Support end users by data mining and validation using SQL tools on Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Develop data flow process models which may include loading, transformation, and/or extraction.
• Identifies trends and quality gaps from the analysis of monitoring data to improve the customer experience
• Answer production support emails and tickets
• Maintain and develop work documents of the team
• Provide trainings to new hires for support work
• Work on late shift, weekend on-call or holiday on-call when there is a need

Qualifications and Skills

• University Degree – preferably related to business information systems
• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English are required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc…)
• Working knowledge of any mainstream relational databases
• Must be customer service oriented with strong follow up skills
• Creative problem solving skills
• Experience working with retail data such as POS and Inventory is ideal
• Experience with any of the following is a plus: ETL, Gentran, AS2
