Area Manager China (m/f/d)

(Southern China)

• As a restaurant expert you implement and represent the franchise concept in our Paulaner Bräuhäuser and Paulaner Wirtshäuser in the Southern parts of China.
• Due to the regular visits of our franchise partners in China you improve all processes on site.
• Additionally you have the responsibility for the control of the concept standards, the quality and the brand presentation.
• Furthermore you contribute to improve all business-related processes of the Bräuhäuser and implement marketing- and POS-materials.
• Moreover you are a competent contact person regarding training sessions based on the results of mystery shopping and client experiences.
• Within your positon as Area Manager you get in touch with our Quality Manager for Beer as well as with the experts from our F&B and marketing team.

• You have a completed apprenticeship/professional training (e. g. in the field of restaurant, bar and/or hotel) as well as some years of professional experience in the restaurant industry.
• Furthermore you have initial experience in personnel management and a high cultural competence through longer stays in Germany and China.
• You always keep the overview – also abroad and in foreign cultures – due to your excellent English and Chinese skills, your confident behaviour and your assertiveness.
• Furthermore you are able to think and act cross-sectoral, you are very reliable and you are comfortable with a large number of business trips.
• You have very good MS Office skills and a good knowledge about the modern communication media and social media channels.
• If you have the willingness to relocate to (or live in) the Southern part of China – than you are exactly who we are looking for.
