SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES

? Delivery HR on-site service to regional office and implement independently with defined HR guidelines, policies and procedures. 向区域办事处提供地区人力资源服务,并按照明确的人力资源指导原则,政策和程序独立实施。

? Monthly HR duties related to payroll, including monthly payroll calculation, non-recurring data calculation, the calculation for leave, OT or others in separation cases; check payroll data and make related reports and issue pay slip to employee. 与薪资相关的人力资源月度工作,包括每月工资计算,非经常性数据计算,假期计算,OT或其他终止合约案例;检查工资数据并做相关的报告,并向员工发放支付单。

? Responsible to answer the question about salary and HR policy from employees. 负责回答员工的薪酬和人力资源政策问题。

? Provide employees certificated based on the needs.根据需要为员工提供相关工作证明书。

? Maintain office administration such as supplies purchase, dormitory, cleaning, meal and transportation, organize employee activities.维护办公室用品采购,宿舍,清洁,餐饮和运输等办公室管理,组织员工活动。

? In charge of leave and attendance, performance management. 负责假期和考勤,绩效管理。

? Set up company training system, build internal trainer team and evaluate training effective.建立公司培训体系,建立内部培训师队伍,评估培训效果。

? Set up yearly training management plan and implement the plan. 制定年度培训管理计划并实施计划。

? Organize basic management course or personal behavior improvement course. 组织基础管理课程或个人行为改进课程。

? Assist to facilitate the company culture construction, and organize employee activities.协助公司文化建设,组织员工活动

? Develop and maintain effective working relationships by providing proactive support for employee relations. 通过积极支持员工关系,发展和维护有效的工作关系。

? Handle employee relationship issues such as labor relationship related arbitration, court lawsuit etc. 处理与劳动关系相关的仲裁,法院诉讼等员工关系问题。

? Receive and handle employee complaints, solve emergency employee issues. 接收和处理员工投诉,解决员工紧急问题。

? Communicate with different layer of employees regularly to collect employee feedback, voice, opinions to assist management decision. 定期与不同层次的员工进行沟通,收集员工反馈意见,意见和意见,协助管理层决策。

? Consult to HR & Admin Manager of Greater China to minimize company labor relationship related legal risks.咨询中国区人力资源和行政经理,尽量减少与公司劳动关系相关的法律风险。

? Encourage the development of communication at all levels in the company.鼓励公司各级沟通发展。

? Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures.制定和管理各种人力资源计划和程序

? Ensure that the policies are implemented consistently.确保政策一贯执行。

? Act as an internal consultant on labor contract law and employee welfare.担任劳动合同法和员工福利的内部顾问。

? Conduct exit interview and prepare related reports.进行离职面谈并准备相关报告。

? Be in charge of some of the administration works in the company, and ensures the smooth running of the company business. 负责公司部分管理工作,确保公司业务顺利运行。

? Other temporary assignment from management team. 管理团队的其他临时任务。


WORKING CONDITIONS :

Occasional business trips are required. 偶尔需要商务出差。


REQUIREMENTS :

? College degree or above with minimum 8 years in Human Resources Administration area.

? Minimum 5 years HR supervisor work experiences in US or European manufacturing company.

? Native Chinese with fluent spoken and written English.

? Familiar China labor contract law and Dongguan area related rule.

? Labor contract law knowledge.

? Familiar with labor arbitration procedure.

? Communication skills.

? People management skills.

? Trainer skills.

? Presentation skills.

? Computer skills, such MS Office software.

? Well organized, detailed working style, service minded and pleasant personality.

? Rigorous and good at Mathematics.
