Job Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Intern/Campus program
    • Support/Implement intern/campus recruitment program
    • Coordinate admin works, e.g. schedule interview, arrange assessment and case studies, etc.
    • Collect regular feedback from intern coach and maintain the evaluation system
    • Keep records/data and generate report on a regular/ ad-hoc basis
  • Recruitment
    • Support full-time employee recruitment process
    • Coordinate admin works, e.g. schedule interview, etc.
  • Talent review & development
    • Support performance management process
    • Coordinate admin works, e.g. schedule meetings/calls
    • Consolidate data and reports
  • Performance management
    • Support performance management process
    • Coordinate admin works, e.g. schedule meetings/calls
    • Consolidate data and reports
  • Vendor management
    • Maintain relationship with external vendors and partners
    • Coordinate admin works, e.g. schedule meetings/calls
    • Keep records/data and generate report on a regular/ ad-hoc basis
    • Apply payment and filing
  • Other operation related works
    • Data entry
    • Update org-chart
    • Maintain employee list

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree required, major in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources (HR) and/or accounting
    • Fresh graduate of 1-2 years’ experience in HR related field
    • Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn
