About the Role

As an associate on the Taiwan Strategy & Planning team, you will support operational excellence and influence the strategic decision-making process participating in high impact projects. The ideal candidate for this role has strong analytical skills and business acumen, an appetite to process and synthesize insights and the ability to clearly communicate and present information to various teams and audience.
What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the region to drive analysis on important strategic decisions in order to improve operational and financial performance and objectives tracking
  • Develop business insights and analytical frameworks to support company strategic initiatives and special projects related to the existing business and new products
  • Understand and track the local market and local competition across all product lines. Supporting ops teams to make strategic decisions with a competition lens
  • Plan and coordinate product feature rollouts at the country level; conduct research and consolidate driver-, rider-, and fleet-facing product needs for product planning

What You’ll Need
  • 3+ Minimum Years of Experience with Banking, Consulting, Business Intelligence
  • Clear communication; You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesise a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights.
  • Sound business judgement and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly establish highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them
  • Stakeholder management; Experience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment.
  • Exceptional Excel / data management skills and general financial acumen.
