JOB FUNCTION:

  • Manages and coordinates on an industry basis with UL’s larger customers, partners, AHJs & related industrial associations over all related Industries (BMS/LSS). Position works on strategies with sales managers to generate revenue growth and achieve bookings goals. Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues.
  • Assists BLST GC director in the development of account strategies, goals and plans with a focus on driving a foundation for growth for BLST. Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers. Works with key customers and all stakeholders to understand emerging needs of organization.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads or assists in strategy development and execution to drive division growth
  • Identifies, makes recommendations and presents acquisition and partnership opportunities
  • Leads the development and presentation of business cases for organic growth opportunities
  • Develops and maintains relationships with industry organizations
  • Develops and maintains relationships with people and organizations that act as demand-drivers for division services
  • Leads business decisions on new & innovative submittals
  • Works with customer and stakeholders to understand emerging needs and then translates this understanding into business cases for new services and/or input into division strategies
  • Develops and coordinates executive presentations and de-briefings
  • Researches, identifies and defines growth sectors for the division
  • Works, as a team, with sales, operations, marketing and other functions to successfully launch new services
  • Stays current and communicates market and competitor trends
  • Identifies and develops new clients in new industry segments
