Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for payroll and benefits administration in an accurate and timely manner, including payroll calculation, leave data and MPF administration
- Prepare HR report for management review
- Handle tax filing to ensure accuracy & conformance with regulations
- Manage HRIS system and filing system with up-to-date staff data
- Assist in HR annual process such as salary review, performance management, staff activities etc.
- Assist in recruitment process and contract management for global offices
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned
Skills & Requirements :
- Diploma Holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sizable MNC, preferably from management consulting background.
- Experience in handling visa application process
- Well versed with HK Labour Law
- Excellent team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility and capable to work across all levels
- Mature, organized, pro-active, multi-tasking, meticulous to details and able to work independently
- Able to work under tight schedules and react to change
- Proficient in PC application in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Immediately available is highly preferred
