Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for payroll and benefits administration in an accurate and timely manner, including payroll calculation, leave data and MPF administration
  • Prepare HR report for management review
  • Handle tax filing to ensure accuracy & conformance with regulations
  • Manage HRIS system and filing system with up-to-date staff data
  • Assist in HR annual process such as salary review, performance management, staff activities etc.
  • Assist in recruitment process and contract management for global offices
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Skills & Requirements :

  • Diploma Holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sizable MNC, preferably from management consulting background.
  • Experience in handling visa application process
  • Well versed with HK Labour Law
  • Excellent team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility and capable to work across all levels
  • Mature, organized, pro-active, multi-tasking, meticulous to details and able to work independently
  • Able to work under tight schedules and react to change
  • Proficient in PC application in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
