This is an exciting opportunity to work with and international Fast Fashion, Menswear Brand. You will be fully responsible for the graphics across the brand. You will report to the Senior Creative Manager for the Brand and work closely with other design heads, developing on trend graphics and trends as well as meeting the needs specific needs of teams. You will also oversee the graphics department managing workloads and developing your team.

Design Manager - The Role:

• Analyse and react to weekly sales figures
• Work with internal teams and senior creatives to set the trend and product direction for the brand, seasonally
• Define concepts, trends and colours for intakes across all departments
• Understand and react to market needs and intel
• Travel to suppliers to develop commercial ranges with the wider team as well as trade shows and inspirational shopping.
• Work closely to build relationships with the factories and suppliers
• Work with and present to buyers, manage sign offs, sample development and approvals.

Design Manager - The Person:

• You will be creative and trend driven with experience in a senior graphics role.
• You will have a commercial eye which complements your trend awareness
• You will have knowledge of print and embellishment techniques.
• You will be a leader with the ability to inspire and mentor.
• You will be a team player and able to problem solve
• You will work well under pressure and be able to confidently manage deadlines
• Degree or equivalent in Fashion is essential
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills are essential.
