Job Description:

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, be a member of the executive team, and be the senior contact person for employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR and Admin fundamentals and employee related matters. You will execute our HR & Admin initiatives, be available and provide responsive internal employee support and leadership, and further develop HR & Admin process and operational improvements.


  • Provide effective human resources leadership and administration support, be the main contact person with FESCO.
  • Represent the company's core values, HR management in organization development, staffing, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee development, employee relationship and talent retention.
  • Management of HR SOP and policies, lead incentive programs design, KPI setup and implementations, make improvements as an ongoing goal.
  • Manage headcount/labor, salary, welfare, benefits, and manage operating admin budget and cost control for internal office operations and events cost. Oversee execution thereof.
  • Expert in Chinese labor law ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved.
  • Management of Legal/compliance, such as third-party agreements, insurance, trademarks, and company documents. Ensure everything is well-organized, with professional task management and expiration/renewal management.
  • Lead any and all HR and Admin staff on the team.
  • Engage any other HR or Admin projects or initiatives as they arise.


Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Excellent communication, engagement and diplomacy skills in dealing with employees at all levels within the organization.
  • Passionate, approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels.
  • Supportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Can manage responsibilities independently, is accountable, and has a mature behavior.
  • Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality.
  • Strong problem solving skills; ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational & documentation skills.
  • Bachelor degree (preferably in Human Resources Management or related field) with 5+ year’s relevant working experiences in multinational / international company.
  • Fluency in both oral and written English is essential.
