Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the review of civil engineering drawings, site investigation, investigation and mapping, and the budget estimation of civil engineering; capable of drawing modification and suggestion.
• Assisted in bidding work, participated in answering questions on bidding engineering drawings, prepared professional civil engineering quotation and fees, and timely and accurately prepared commercial bidding documents.
• Experience in electronic plant, chemical industry and biological science projects. Have reliable experience data and statistical analysis ability.
• Familiar with material price, familiar with and skilled in using list and quota pricing mode. Strong ability of unit price analysis and quota calculation. Such as the analysis of materials in the process, artificial consumption, etc.
• Have a good ability to work under pressure, such as being able to timely adjust their own state, keep a positive and problem-solving attitude, and produce efficient operations.
• Good communication skills, able to quickly understand the project needs and what to do.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in architecture, civil engineering or civil engineering;
• At least 8 years of construction work experience in the field of civil engineering, intermediate or above is preferred;
• Familiar with relevant national and local laws and regulations, policies, civil engineering construction drawings, construction management and relevant civil engineering construction specifications and requirements, master project planning, architectural design, construction, acceptance specifications and municipal supporting basic construction procedures;
• Proficient in the preparation of civil engineering workload list and group price, skilled in the use of budget list software, familiar with the working process and links of the construction site, and understand the market engineering cost information and material information;
• Proficient in CAD drawing, responsible, enterprising and team spirit.
