At our kindergarten we have a unique approach to bilingual education with each class having both a Chinese and two English speaking homeroom teacher. Our co-teachers deliver a truly bilingual school-based thematic curriculum with equal emphasis given to both languages. With our focus on personal as well as academic development, together with an international education, we are truly preparing our young children for the future.

We offer a caring and supportive environment, merging Chinese and Western teaching and learning approaches. Each class also has a full-time caregiver. Our school supports teachers in their professional development.

Position
* Homeroom Teacher/Language Teacher
* Full-time; Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
* Limited positions available for ages 3-7 yrs old
* Contract starting ASAP

Package
- 15000-18000RMB salary( negotiable)
Working Hrs : 8am-11:30am ,2pm-5pm, 3-4 classes/day , 30min/class
- House allowance 1500RMB (Sufficient for a well-furnished apartment in the concerned area)
- 5 Paid holidays since the 7th Month plus 11 national holiday ,
50% payment for sick leaves
- The school will purchase private medical insurance for the employee.
- A roundtrip airfare allowance 6,000RMB reimbursed annually
- Lunch will be provided by our professional catering staff
- The school will apply and pay for a working visa, work permit and residence permit

Requirements
- Teachers with energy, creativity and a passion for working in early childhood education
- Teacher Certification or Education Degree .
- Understanding of curriculum development
- Share equal responsibility with your Chinese co-teacher for daily teaching, classroom management, lesson planning and parent communication
- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work successfully with both children and adults
- Native speaker level English
- Participating as a team member and supporting the school'¯s activities
