Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a model of the business analysis, such as analyze quotes success rate, show teams achievement etc.
- Work closely within the organization to validate accuracy of models
- Manage business analysis systems; independently initiate improvement projects across a range of business operation methodologies.
- Be able to identify opportunities for improvements in business process and be able to contribute to the project with pragmatic analysis
- Work with multifunctional teams to develop business strategies, support the implementation of business programs
- Work with the business development and management teams to support their priorities in a collaborative manner
- Collect the various data and prepare the analysis reports according to the managers’ requirements
- Demonstrate good combination of IT and Business acumen to facilitate various business analysis programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Chemical, Engineering, Finance or Economics
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial systems as a business analysis
- Strong data analytical and business process expertise.
- Demonstrable experience in initiating/driving process improvements and system enhancement
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce.com and IT systems.
- Excellent skill for making PPT and using Excel
- Excellent English oral and written communications skills
