Training Engineer

Reporting to Training Supervisor of Digital, Sales Enablement & Customer Experience

Your role:

Life Science Training Lab Management
  • Own training labs management, day-to-day operation, and maintenance. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure operational effectiveness of training instrumentation, equipment, and systems at all times.

  • Optimize Training Lab SOP

  • Key contact person for lab relocation and other related site projects


Technical Training Support
  • Installation and disassembly instruments according to training needs

  • Plan and deliver lab training courses, including local, regional and global requests

  • Support and coordinate regional / national training projects for APAC training hub

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for participants and facilitators

  • Maintain the reports of trainings results and training evaluation

  • Systematically tracking training performance and rating.

  • As a technical expert and analyst to support training related project.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Minimum 3 years of lab management experience. At least 1-2 year experience of providing instrumentation service. 2 years as FSE experience as a trainer (in biology, chemistry and or mechanics) is an advantage.

  • Have passion on Technical Training and great learning agility

  • Excellent customer service skills that include solid verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Chinese

  • Excellent presentation and communication skill, customer focused. Good planning and organizational skills

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required

  • Assertive and proactive. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
