Teacher’s responsibilities:

2.Responsible for lesson planning
3. Help students reach their goal in learning English
4. Promote a good atmosphere during class

Job requirement:
1. Native English speakers, American, British, Ireland, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand prefered
2. Bachelor's degree or above
3. TEFL,TESOL or CELTA certificate holder is preferred
4. Experienced English teacher or book lover
5. Open-minded and easy-going with great team spirit

English Language Learning Class:
The primary goal is to help the students improve their proficiency in English and develop their language skills in reading, listening, speaking, and writing. We also want the students to be engaged, participate, and thinking critically about the topics explored in the book. However, for an ELL class, there is a slightly greater emphasis on language skills. The kids should also have fun and we want them to enjoy English as much as possible.
