Teacher’s responsibilities:
Guide students to read one book one month

Job requirement:
1.Native English speakers, American, British, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand preferred;
2. Bachelor's degree or above.
3. TEFL,TESOL or CELTA certificate holder is preferred
4. Open-minded and easy-going with great team spirit.
5. Experienced English teacher or book lover

Description: The goal of the Book Club Program is to encourage Chinese students to read English books and cultivate them a habit for reading. The Book Club students are generally teenagers (6-16 year olds) who will be divided into three groups: pre-beginner level, beginner level to intermediate level according to their English levels. Every month, they are expected to finish reading one book. The teacher and students will meet four times every month and will spend two hours every week reading, discussing and doing activities together.
