Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for ensuring Customer Satisfaction through processing orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating customer service needs with other functions as required. May serve as customer contact regarding such matters as pricing, scheduling, shipping and trouble shooting mechanical difficulties.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degrees or above, major in mechanical,electric ,automation and at least 3 years quality experience in an international company
Excellent planning, organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills
Be familiar with quality tools like QC 7 tools,FMEA, Control Plan, 5Why, 8D etc
Quality management system experience is preferred
Six Sigma Green Belt and Auditor experience is preferred
1.Be familiar with Microsoft office skillsGood in

3.team work and communication skills.
