Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to create an event and sports event that people and you will love
• Work individually and with the team to come up the production plan for the event
• Come up methodology on how to make the construction
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, venue and vendors
• Editing and proof reading of all event and communication materials
• Support both Makeitloud and Openball event

Requirements:

• 1 year or above solid experience in events, production house, shopping mall decoration related
• Project management, project budgeting and coordinate the works of the designers and contractors, etc.
• Familiar with the usage of lighting, sound & AV system is preferred
• Self-motivated, mature, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Mature and able to complete tasks with tight schedule
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work on holiday
• Basketball player or lover is a plus
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome
