Your responsibilities will include:
To manage a medium team or several small teams of Telecommunications consultants and specialists on project and related activities for the effective development, implementation and running of new and revised IT systems, the maintenance and support of existing IT systems, and the deployment of third party software, operating systems, computer equipment telecommunications equipment, tools, standards and procedures with the aim to deliver global and local services optimizing speed, cost, quality and customer service.
The job holder’s focus is on ensuring smooth implementation and subsequent disruption free operation of projects, and contributes to the standards by which the projects are abided.
For production operations, to manage operational processing activities to maximize service availability and disruption-free processing.
This position is responsible for controlling overall IT Telecoms spending within AOP and ensure cost efficiency of new system delivery. Lead participate in the achievement of sustainable savings year by year.

Qualifications
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
1.Good understanding of the telecommunications environment in China with an ability to develop strong working relationships with key telecommunications equipment suppliers and carriers in China.
2.Extensive experience in a managerial role within an IT or related field, including experience of managing a global function with a geographically dispersed team
3.Understanding of business finance and experience of effective management of budgets and expenditure
4.Experience of managing large teams，Strong leadership and management ability, motivating IT employees;

6.Good understanding of China Banking regulators’ standards and regulations.

8.Proven ability to prioritize competing demands; and find logical solutions to problems.
9.Proven experience in an IT leadership, development or operations role;
10.Crisis response and recovery;
11.Strong teamwork, organization, complex problem resolution, initiative
12.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13.Good command in oral and written Mandarin & English
