SUMMARY:
Achieve targets of production, activity, business retention and customer satisfaction through distribution identification, relationship building and maintenance, Zurich products promotion and distribution training.

识别渠道、建立渠道关系及做好渠道维护工作。配合部门进行公司产品推广及渠道相关培训。以达成每年的保费目标、确保稳定的业务持续及增长并取得客户的满意。

KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Business Development:
业务发展相关

l Perform high standard of implementation of the branch strategies and action plans

l 根据公司的整体策略,高效高质的完成相关行动计划

l Analyze and make good use of customer behaviors and information to stimulate new business leads.

l 分析客户行为,根据不同渠道的风格制定相关计划以达成业务目标

l Achieve overall production/activity target and all respective lines of business targets.

l 全线达成保费目标、完成拜访计划及其他相关市场活动

l Develop in-depth knowledge of competitor products and identify unique selling points of Zurich products.

l 了解并分析其他竞争市场的产品以识别苏黎世产品的特性,更好的进行业务推广

l Develop long-term relationships with key personnel within each agency/broker that resemble partnerships.

l 与经纪公司及代理公司的关键角色及人物保持长期良好的合作关系

l Make sales calls and visits as often as possible for field coaching and business promotion.

l 制定拜访计划,推进产品销售,促进业务发展

l Implement the training plan to business partners to enhance their production results to Zurich.

Organization target – GWP and operation result

公司目标 – 完成保费规模及利润达成

Individual performance objective - Gross written premium, renew ratio, hit ratio.

个人目标 – 保费目标, 续保率, 新业务达成率

Develop of distribution channel – Number of submissions generated from all Channel

发展渠道数量 – 完成新业务询价数量计划

Credit control – Outstanding premium level

财务目标 – 控制应收保费比例

New business generated – Case and premium

新业务目标 – 数量及保费

Renewal ratio – persistency of renewal business

续保率 – 稳定保持

Quotation and Hit ratio – number of new quotation

报价率及新业务达成率 – 新业务数量

Claim and customer service – no complaints

客户服务 – 零投诉

UALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree

本科学历

At least 3-5 years experience in insurance industry, mainly on sales and marketing of general insurance and personal insurance product, good relationships with broker and agency.

至少3至5年保险从业经验,从事财产险及商险的相关业务销售及市场经验,与经纪公司及代理公司有一定的良好业务合作关系

KNOWLEDGE:
Basic knowledge in all lines of product including general and personal insurance

具备商业保险产品的基本知识或概念

Ability to develop good relationships with business partners

与合作伙伴建立良好合作关系的能力

Essential marketing skills

核心的市场及销售经验

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
