Job Description:

Job responsibilities:

• Design and develop new discovery capabilities
• Resolve product defects and enhancements in time
• Maintain and test to improve the quality of the product
• Handle customer issues and escalations

Skills/Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or under-postgraduate majoring in Computer Science, Information System, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Solid OO programming skill in Python, C++ or Java
• Can work at least 3 days/week
• Strong knowledge and experience in at least one of the following domains:
  

• Network (TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, HTTP/HTTPS, Telnet, WMI)

• OS (Windows, Linux, Unix, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, Mac OS)

• Virtualization (HP nPars, Hyper-V, IBM LPAR, Oracle VM, Solaris Zone, VMWare)

• Cluster and Load Balancing (EMC, Microsoft Cluster, Red Had Cluster, Solaris Cluster, Cisco CSS, Microsoft NLB)

• Database (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, DB2, Hana, Sybase, PostgreSQL)

• Enterprise Applications (SAP, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory, Oracle E-Bussiness, Siebel)

• Web Services deployment (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, TIBCO, IIS)

• Mainframes
  

• Familiar with at least one script language, Python is preferred
• Agile/scrum practice experience
• Can-do attitude, self-driven, customer oriented, quick learner
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good oral and writing English
