We are now looking for teachers to start immediately or for future start.

Also, Part time teachers might be wanted, too, basing on the actual demands, And the pay for the part time is 300 RMB an hour.

Summary of work duties:

Cooperate with Chinese tutors and give English lessons to children from Kindergarten level to primary school;
Engage in course R&D, also knowing as curriculum development;
Participate in school’s extra-curricular and social activities;
Love and caring, passion about children
Teacher is encouraged to teach and enrich curricular program along the way, to write his/her own lesson plans base on teaching course guide and to provide immersive learning techniques to his/her students throughout the class, such as role-playing, reading, phonics and singing & dancing etc.

Job description:

Lesson length: 1 hour per lesson with 10 minutes break. There is one Chinese teacher assistant in the classroom. Mandarin is not required.
Working time:
Weekdays (Wednesday to Friday): 3:00 pm—9:00 pm
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 8:30 am—5:30 pm
Teaching hours: 21~25 hours per week
Office hours: 11~15 hours per week
Day off: two days off on weekdays. Please note that we are having classes on Saturday and Sunday.

Salaries:

Contract length: 12 months
Basic salary: RMB 18000 (US$ 2,600) per month (after tax) depends on years of teaching experience and qualifications
House allowance: RMB 3000 (US$ 450) per month (after tax) Or Free bachelor apartment.

Basic salary includes 84 teaching hours per month. Extra teaching hours will be paid - once exceed the 84 teaching hours within the month will be compensated with RMB 200 per class.
