Job Description

接听所有来电,处理来电询问

提供电话转接、访客登记、临时证件管理等服务

提供快递收寄、函件、杂志收寄等服务

为客户及访客协调员、活动支持等提供现场管理服务

采购办公文具和耗材,维护办公设备和用品等

负责供应商数据收集,与供应商协调,确保发票按时开具

负责供应商发票付款管理流程

现场清洁服务及景观服务监督管理

管理外包供应商的日常运营事宜

确保办公室、会议室和储藏室的清洁

收发快递服务
