Job Description

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 主要工作职责

? Maintaining employee personal file and HR information.

? Be responsible for handling HR related operation such as visa application, working permit, residence permit and etc.

? Organize to constitute related Admin policies, implement details and Admin processes;

? Apply various company qualification acquire and annual review.

?Admin receiving, register, approval, draft, review, print, deliver, press and check official documents and assist management of Admin full functions;

? Office regular affairs conduction;

? Local logistic arrangement and meeting facility preparation and set up, support to organize any team activities;

? Responsible for schedule arrangement and support related admin issues;

?Consolidate contact of internal and external related organizations such as vendors, suppliers, customers, headquarters and other branch offices.

? Other duties and cross functions supporting work as assigned.


SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS 特定工作职责

Support Finance team to follow up related process such as daily cash receipt and payment, bank settlement, expense reimbursement and other related businesses, and accurately register cash and bank deposit journals.


任职要求:

? Bachelor degree or above of Management related Major.

? 2 years’ experience of HR & administrative related functions.

? Consolidate skill of MSOffice, Excel, and PPT etc.

? Familiar with of HR & Admin processes.

? Active, hard-working and strong sense of responsibility.

? Good analytical and problem solving and planning skills.

?Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, good skills of motivation, communication, cooperation and team management.

? Good written and oral English.
