工作职责:
1.Working with client in co-development of loyalty/CRM program and its promotion. To design CRM/Loyalty program solution for various modules including tier upgrade and downgrade, points accrual and redemption, communication and marketing plan, etc.
2.Address client needs and provide sensible marketing and promotion solutions.
3.Working closely with team members on preparing for the engagements
4.Conduct research and analysis, provide market/industry insight and customer behavior on an on-going basis
5.Assist to conduct and deliver consulting solution and business proposal.
岗位要求:
1.Degree holder, preferably in Business or Marketing relating disciplines
2.Excellent PPT and research skills
3.More than5 years relevant experience in CRM, digital promotion or retail marketing experience on the client side or with a solution provider or agency preferred.
4.Excellent problem solving skills with experience in troubleshooting issues for clients;
5.Strong customer-facing and presentation skills mandatory.
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
