We offer

Key responsibilities

  • Employee life cycle: executes standard operating procedures for basic HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, transfer and contract renew.
  • HR projects: support implementation of various HR projects, including but not limited to Management trainee hiring, Employer branding activities etc.
  • Mobility support: work with global mobility team on foreigners’ relocation formalities, and take own on foreigners’ onboarding experiences.
  • Staffing: responsible for Maersk intern and 3rd party recruitment in Greater China incl. Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  • Employee service: Provide general service and guidance to employees in terms of Hukou and reference documents when required.
  • HR system support: Work closely with HR BPO vendors – IBM/Peoplelink/NGA etc to ensure HR data accuracy and timely updated.
  • HR compliance: ensure HR process are in line with Maersk HR policies and meet local regulation requirements, such as personnel file management.

We are looking for

1) Bachelor degree and above.
2) Excellent English communication both in written and oral.
3) Sophisticated with MS-Office, esp. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
4) Internal Communications, Graphic design and Consultancy background is a PLUS.
5) Passionate to work with people and create superior employee experience.
6) Team player, empathy and superior interpersonal skills.
