AP DAS and Platinion HR Operations Coordinator
WHAT YOU'LL DO
DigitalBCG Accelerator System (DAS) and Platinion AP operate like a geographic offices across the Asia Pacific region, with consulting, expert and specialty career track staff who are physically located across BCG offices around the region.
DAS/PLA staffers will also work closely with the host system Staffers and HR networks. DAS/PLA staffer will also team closely with DAS/PLA staffers in other systems and regions to ensure optimal worldwide deployment of DAS Experts, Specialists and Generalist consulting staff.
DAS/PLA staffer will lead the integration of lateral hires, acting as primary point of contact for DAS/PLA business; they will also take into account input from the functional and industry practices as well as KDP leads to ensure the new hire is connected with the right people to set them up for commercial success.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Building relationships (ability to generate respect and trust from others), exercising good judgement, professionalism, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative style
- Communications - strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. You need to be able to effectively tailor your communications since we work across all levels of our organization
- Beyond being able to deliver on ideas and manage stakeholders, balance will be crucial. You will need to listen, negotiate, and flex where needed; while also having the stamina and strength to stand your ground on what can be reasonably accomplished
- Understanding the big picture, getting clear on which activities will make the biggest impact in realizing our commercial priorities. This requires the ability to bridge between pressing needs in our go-to-market strategy and the preferences of individual stakeholders
- Organizational skills – an ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently. The role will require you to be proactive to achieve success.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 5+ years of subject matter expertise in technology in top-tier consulting firm, with a keen interest in talent development / learning and development
- Experience proactively taking initiative, using good judgment to prioritize requests and working with minimal direction.
- A bachelor’s degree and preferably an advanced degree.
