Job Duties:

• Extensive knowledge of Information Technology and database relative application and development.

• Ability to conduct system support, solve any issues may happen to JDA TM system. Evaluate and support the system connection with JDA TM and 4PL system.

-JDA TM Master Data maintenance, system upload - shipping address, truck type, transportation rates, etc.

• Ability to use tools to pull out data from system database (JDA TM, TOCS, TDM, PPOST, etc.) and create reports, such as SQL, MS Access, Tableau, etc. Maintain and monitor the KPIs.

• Support global Cat Logistics program deployment in China, communicate with GTOC global team on synchronizing transportation operation process development. Work with global logistics IT team for system optimization.

• Provide system training to GTOC-C operation team and suppliers

• Support Cat China facility transportation operation, work with facility supply chain team to identify the opportunities to reduce the transportation cost and improve shipping process.
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in IT, Supply Chain, Engineering or Business, or an equivalent level of work experience

• Strong English skills in writing and speaking

• Strong communication skills

• Domestic transportation experience is preferred.
