1. More than 5 years of work experience
2. Front-end, back-end, background processing experience
     - Front-end: wrote angularJS or reactJS, using atomic design with reusable components, html/ haml, scss/ sass
     - Back-end: written in java or python or ruby, using the Rest API, micro-services & architecture patterns, MySQL/PostgreSQL
     - background processing: nginx or apache, using load balancer, cache, CDN, RabbitMQ/Redis, ElasticSearch, Hadoop, docker, etc.
     - Overall: Understanding OWASP application security risks, XSS, DDoS, etc.
3. Have a team spirit, experience with interns, and be able to communicate with all members of the application (designer, product management, manager, etc.)
4. English level 6 or above
5. Extra points: developed open source or have their own APP on the market
