Position Title : Warehouse Assistant Project Manager

Report Line : Warehouse Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Project Management

• Updating warehouse all relevant operation SOP by function on annual basis.

• Support B2B promotions schedules, which include securing daily capacity; transportation handover; and cargo on time arrival.

• Support B2C promotions schedules, which include securing daily capacity and productivity; and securing goods availability.

• Participate in other logistics actions and projects if necessary

Daily Warehouse Operation maintain

• Responsible for SAP&WMS Inventory comparison on weekly basis for the improvement of order fulfillment.

• Responsible for system transaction errors on daily basis.

• Responsible for not in system stock accuracy.

• Responsible for daily warehouse receiving/In-transit trouble shooting.

• Responsible for daily warehouse return trouble shooting.

• Responsible for daily vendor return trouble shooting.

• Responsible for warehouse VAS service, update quotation; scheduling; and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Regular review performance with suppliers to ensure the high service level

Warehouse Optimization

• Optimize warehouse cycle counting activity, which include update SOP; follow up schedules; KPI tracking, and relevant inventory accuracy improvement.

• Optimize warehouse annual stock take activity; which include scheduling; onsite auditing, problem solving; and KPI tracking

• Optimize warehouse health and safety activity; which include monthly safety auditing; and fixed assets management.

• Optimize warehouse mapping layout; replenishment method; and utilization percentage.

Qualifications:

• Over 6 years work experiences, University degree is necessary

• Experience in own warehouse or on site warehouse operations, and warehouse project is preferred

• Retail or e-commerce warehouse background is necessary

• Good computer skill at MS office, WMS; the SAP application skills is necessary

• Excellent organization & communication skills, quick response and fluent writing and reading in English

• Strong problem solving capability is required

• Analytical driven, open minded and goal oriented

• Self-motivated, able to take initiatives and endure heavy job pressure.
