General Purpose
Contact businesses by telephone in order to promote and sell goods and services, and set up appointments for a product demo.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Research and Obtain customer information including telephone numbers, names, and addresses
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services
• Explain the product or service to potential customers
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
• Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
• Handle customer questions
• Setup demo between potential customers and sales account executives
• Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
• Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
• Working hours are between 8 PM and 5 am China Time
Education and Experience
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
• Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
• Comfortable with software products
• Fluent in English and be able to talk to customers in the USA
