Sales Compensation Business Consultant for Korea is end to end accountable for Sales Compensation Experience of HPE Korea sales force, through strong business governance and proactive engagement with Business Management.
Responsibilities:
- Engagement with local management teams, executives & business supporting functions
- Link between Sales Compensation andSales Management, HR, Finance, Legal, payroll and Worker Council
- Business governance facilitation
As the trusted advisor for business decision support & consultancy (Business Analytics, Sales Incentive Compensation Review, compliance)
Annual Readiness cycle facilitation, sales quota deployment support coordination
Operational oversight – Monitoring the execution of Sales Compensation operations
Deployment of local country specifics & exception
Implementof new Sales Compensation tools, process or program
Sales force communication & virtual training delivery to Sales, Sales Management, Sales Executive & Business Planners
- Communicates issues to stakeholders
- Escalation & exceptions Management
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent, advanced university degree preferred
Typically 6 -10 years experience, including 3 - 6 years of related experience in Sales Compensation, business operations, Finance and/ or project management experience
Project management and Quality improvement trainingsare beneficial
Knowledge and Skills:
Broad understanding of core HPE Business: knowledge of HPE operational processes, Sales Compensation environment, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements
Strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation) including ability to present in front of executive
Ability to work in a complex environment & to translate it into effective Business Management conversations
Priority management skills, flexibility, can-do attitude. Demonstrated ownership and accountability behaviors
Ability to work under pressure, independently and with proactivity
Ability to work with remote interfaces (management, colleagues, and stakeholders) & in a multicultural environment
Demonstrated project management, problem solving, and analytical skills
Experience in process improvement projects & methodology
Basic financial and business acumen, strong customer mindset
Willingness to build and invest into a strong Business oriented experience
Mastery in Korean and English
