Earlybirds offers:
-a 24-month contract with a net salary of 12000 to 18,000 RMB, and 2-month probation
-working hours: Total ONLY 35 hours per week, with no more than 28 lessons a week (40 minutes for each lesson, 2 days off each week (Monday and Tuesday, or Sunday and Monday)
-10% salary increase after finishing the first year.

Responsibilities include:
-teaching English course to students of 3-12 years old, focusing on speaking and listening.
-directing and guiding the production of lessons
-recording and reporting on course contents and student progress
-participating in marketing events, including but not limited to outdoor promotion.
-delivering after-class follow-up service, including but not limited to commenting on students' homework videos.
-filming tutorials（assistance of students' home-study）
-participate in schools' routine activities.
-adhering to high standards of professional conduct
