During your first 6 months on the job, you will learn everything about our eLearning system until you have accumulated enough expertise to handle projects on your own. At the end of that training period:

You will be expected to:

• Own the full cycle of courses and curriculum development, in relation with senior management and subject matter experts, to provide a best in class learning experience to our 2500+ learners.
• Propose, implement, and follow metrics or actions to track and improve the success of our global training program, in close collaboration with other operation managers.
• Manage and develop our LMS, including management of learners’ profile, courses, and providing day to day support to our learners
• Manage develop and guide a team of training supervisors, to continuously improve the quality and consistency of our content, as well as staying on top design and technologies trends.
  

We will also request that you:

• Assist the Quality assurance team in spreading the knowledge and awareness of our processes, technical skills, and compliance requirements.
• Other tasks arranged by management team.

Your profile

It could be you if you have:

• A degree in Training, HR or communication / media.
• Have strong skills with the MS Office Suite
• A good learner and eager to expand your knowledge.

It also helps if you have:

• Excellent command of Chinese and English
• Great communication skills, especially in a multi-cultural environment
• Some knowledge of Talent LMS or any other learning management software
