Description:

• Work in Industrialization test team to develop ATE hardware and software
• Works with cross functional teams to make high test coverage and know how
• Influence design with DFT review and optimize test process
• Debug and setup test program and fixture into manufacturing environment
• Support manufacturing TE for exiting product test issue

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation & Controls
• At least 3 years on test system development, experience in NI LabView, TestStand is preferred.
• Have experience on ATE test system design（Hardware and software）
• Experience in DFT/DFM analysis.Familiar with product industrialization process
• Strong Problem solving skill, good teamwork and communication
• Good English written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to design Electronic/Electrical circuitry is preferred
• Understood & obey the requirement of EHS(Environment,health,safety)
